Sat., Jan. 24, 7:35 p.m., Boren Ave. Complainant, an employee of the Detox Center on Boren Ave., called 911 to report a DOA. Officer arrived and contacted the complainant, who stated that victim, a transient white female aged 50, had arrived at the center at 2:57. She was drunk, and had just taken her methadone, but had a good heart and breath rate. She was checked regularly until 6 p.m., when her heart rate was found to be decreasing. She stopped breathing and became unresponsive, and Seattle Fire came to the scene. CPR was performed, but victim failed to revive. ...
