Victim walked with the suspects to a nearby grocery store, where she let them use her Food Stamp card to get some food. The next day victim tried to use her card at another store, but it was declined. She noticed that the card was not her card, and had a different signature. She suspected that the Food Stamp cards had been switched at the store the previous day, and returned to Angeline's to attempt to obtain information regarding the suspects. She was unsuccessful, and called the police. When officers arrived they contacted the victim who stated she had seen both suspects hanging around at Angeline's in the past, Angeline's staff stated there are two people who match the descriptions of the suspects -- one is currently trespassed from the shelter. Suspects were reported to be outside Angeline's most evenings doing drugs. Victim was given a case number, and the Food Stamp card was entered into evidence.
