Complainant stated he had advised the suspect, an unknown white male with "long messy hair" that this was private property and he would have to leave. Suspect went inside a Port-O-Potty, and complainant again told him to leave the area. Suspect then attempted to kick the complainant, flailed his arms wildly in the complainant's direction, and fled without further incident. Complainant stated he had not been struck by the victim, and he was not in fear for his life, but that this issue is becoming a problem with the many transients in the area. He asked for assistance, and officer said he would notify the Community Police Team, and to call 911 next time this happens.
