Sun., Nov. 2, 12:00 p.m., 700 block Second Ave. Ext S. Suspect, a transient Black female aged 34, was observed by bicycle officers sitting on some steps. The area is marked with "No Trespassing" signs. Officers contacted the suspect, and ran her name via police computer. Her name came back with an outstanding warrant, and she was arrested and booked into King County Jail.
Sun., Nov. 2, 3:45 a.m., First Ave./Railroad Way S. On this date the victim, a transient Native American female aged 46, states she and a friend were trespassing and sleeping on a covered loading dock on the west side of First Ave. and Railroad Way S. It was raining heavily. Victim states suspect, an unknown white male, walked up onto the loading dock and told the victim he wanted her spot. When she refused he pushed her down and rolled her away. Victim was very intoxicated, and was transported to the Sobering Center.
Thurs., Nov. 6, 9:29 p.m., John St. Officers on patrol noticed subject, a transient Black female aged 37, removing a large duffel bag from the trunk of her vehicle. She appeared upset, and tossed the bag from her vehicle to the sidewalk. An officer contacted her to make sure that she was all right, and as he approached her she walked towards him. They met, and she pointed to the west and stated, "My boyfriend just took my cell phone." The officer looked to the west and observed his partner making contact with the subject, a transient Black male aged 52. Subject stated she and the male are living together in her vehicle, and that tonight they began to argue about the boyfriend being jealous of the other men that she speaks with. The argument escalated, but subject said that nothing physical happened. She told the boyfriend to get out of her vehicle because she was done with the relationship, and after he exited the vehicle she grabbed his bags and started to remove them from the car.
The second officer spoke to the male, and he stated that he and the subject had been in a dating relationship for seven months, and that she has assaulted him in the past, but he has never filed a police report before. Tonight he and the victim were arguing about their cell phone, and in the course of the argument she struck him in the face once with a closed fist, causing pain. After that incident he left the vehicle as he thought the assault may continue. Subject grabbed his bags and began to remove them from her vehicle.
Officer placed the female subject into custody for assault and she was booked into King County Jail.
